IT-Serve’s Consultancy Division has been expanding rapidly in the last few years to now, including qualified consultants on ICT, Audio Visual, Security and ELV. Our consultants will follow the project from start to finish including the following phases completing the consultancy lifecycle. We have included some of the tasks we would undertake in a consultancy role:

DISCOVERY AND ANALYSIS
Client/Operator workshops to determine requirements.
Visual site inspections.
Digital/Technical site inspections.

SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTATION
Advise on the basis of knowledge and experience the procurement procedure for selection of contractors and any sub-contractors, the relative merits of the tenderers listed.
Report to the Client on tenders.
Prepare all relevant diagrams and drawings as per approved design.
Prepare programs including delivery schedules and site progress.
Assist with the preparation of contract documentation.
Revise production information as reasonably necessary for the execution of a project.
Value Engineering.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Design development & coordination between the Client’s organization.
Site visits & inspections.
Compilation of regular status updates & presentations when required.
Advice, validation and recommendation on technical aspects of the works if/when required.
Liaison with local authorities as and when required during the project.
Design development incorporating LEED Interiors guidelines.
Prepare design brief including a full Technology and technology concept.

POST DESIGN CONSULTANCY
Advise on the preparation of formal contract documents relating to accepted tenders for carrying out the works or any part of it.
Advise on the need for special inspections or tests.
Assist in examining the contractor's proposals where required.
Attending relevant site meetings and making other periodic visits to site.
Put in place quality control procedures.
Examine installation drawings and shop drawings submitted by contractors.
Generally advising on payment certificates.
Ensure that any contractor’s claims are dealt with expeditiously.
Carry out final inspections to check that all defects have been made good.
Identify all areas and items for snagging.
